It is smoked naturally using olive pits, walnut, beech and oak woods. The result is an olive oil with a strong smoky flavor and an olive aftertaste!

It is an ideal product to add a hint of smoke to seafood, meat, poultry, vegetables, pizzas, eggs. Elevate the taste of risotto and pasta by adding a teaspoon of smoked olive oil.
You can also add it to sauces and dressings, or to make a fantastic homemade mayonnaise (or add it to your favorite ready-made mayonnaise). Add a few drops to white or yellow cheeses!
